Simple pneumatic systems for efficient transfer of materials from cartridge reservoirs into syringe barrels. The filling is from bottom end of the syringe which reduces air entrapment and eliminates mess. The 900 series system includes an adjustable stand to hold the cartridges which is sat on the workbench. Systems include the metal retainer, air cap, airline hose, cartridge, plunger, filling adapter and syringe kit as well as a regulator with 5 micron filter.
Can also use these systems with a 0-100 psi dispenser to provide a controlled air cycle for consistent volume filling of syringe barrels each time.
